If, for any reason, the season is cancelled due to an "act of God", pandemic, government order, or any other reason beyond the control of EYSL, it is understood and agreed that a $15 cancellation fee will be subtracted from all sign-up fee refunds prior to said refunds being issued. This cancellation fee is necessary as there is a great deal of advance work and preparation expenses incurred by EYSL, whether or not the season proceeds as scheduled. If cancellation occurs mid-season, any refunds due will be prorated. We appreciate your understanding of this matter.
